Usher Agro has successfully closed its QIP. The issue opened on Nov 24 and closed on Nov 29. It seems that the company had received several bids and the QIP response was adequate.Finally the company has decided to allot 1.07 lac shares to the successful bidders who will be known in few more days from now.
The company has successfully raised 99.99 Crore from the share sale at a price of Rs. 92.62
